Mark Sarcone

Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2017. He strives to help clients make prudent and informed decisions when it comes to planning for their future. His experience working in corporate finance departments and public accounting firms lends itself to a practical, measured approach. He is passionate about working with clients to make them comfortable with the decisions they make today for their future.

While attending law school, Mark also received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin Business School, lending an interdisciplinary approach to his work. As a financial neutral, Mark works with both spouses in an unbiased and open manner to educate and impart knowledge about the family’s financial situation. He strives to have each spouse come away with a better understanding of their finances which allows them to make choices and move through the mediation process with confidence.

Separately in his legal practice outside of the mediation world, Mark focuses on estate planning, marital property agreements (e.g., prenups, postnups), and a variety of financial issues related to family legal matters including drafting QDROs and consulting on pension valuations.

Mark is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin. Mark also has Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® certification.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Mark currently lives in Madison and loves Wisconsin’s vibrant cheese culture.
